One of the long-standing and influential traditions at Pardis Technology Park is the monthly gathering of executives from the resident tech companies. These regular meetups, held in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, provide a valuable platform for networking, experience sharing, discussing common concerns, fostering inter-company synergy, and strengthening the spirit of collaboration among members of the country’s innovation ecosystem.
The primary goal of these sessions is to establish effective connections among key players in the fields of technology and innovation. Through direct engagement with government officials and park executives, these gatherings aim to pave the way for sustainable growth and address the current challenges faced by companies. The July 2025 meeting was held in line with this purpose and was hosted by the knowledge-based company Iranian Tissue Product (Regen Allograft). On the morning of Sunday, July 20, 2025, the fourth gathering of CEOs from companies located in the International Innovation Zone of Iran was held at the Pardis Technology Park Hotel. The event was hosted by the knowledge-based Iranian Tissue Product Company and attended by the Deputy for the Development of Knowledge-Based Companies from the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy.
In the opening speech, Dr. Seyed Amirhossein Tavakoli, CEO of Iranian Tissue Product Company, welcomed the attendees and introduced the company’s mission and achievements in the field of allograft product development. He
highlighted the role of allografts—processed human tissues—in medical treatment and tissue regeneration and emphasized that the company’s products are developed in direct response to the real needs of physicians and patients.

The Role of Iranian Tissue Product Company in the Development of Human Allograft Products
At the beginning of the session, Dr. Seyed Amirhossein Tavakkoli, CEO of Iranian Tissue Product Company, welcomed the attendees and introduced the company as a leading player in the field of biomedical science. He highlighted the
company’s mission: to produce and develop processed human allograft products in accordance with international standards, tailored to meet the real needs of physicians and patients.
The products introduced included:
Human heart valve allografts
Tendon and ligament allografts
Bone allografts
Soft tissue allografts such as collagen membranes from fascia lata and acellular dermal collagen membranes
SoftDerm (acellular dermal matrix) and Cortical Disc (as the company’s newly launched products)
These products, developed using cutting-edge technology and global standards, are utilized in a wide range of medical fields including cardiovascular surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, burn treatment, and
reconstructive procedures. They represent a strong example of indigenous capability in the production of biomedical products.

Social Responsibility in Service of Health: Promoting the Culture of Organ Donation
On the sidelines of the event, a booth was set up in collaboration with the Iranian Organ Donation Association and supported by Iranian Tissue Product Company. This initiative allowed executives and members of Pardis Technology Park to learn more about the association’s activities and obtain their organ donor cards in just a few minutes.
This cultural initiative reflected the social responsibility of tech companies and served as a meaningful step toward fostering a spirit of altruism within the country’s innovation ecosystem

Targeted Support for Leading and Affected Companies at Pardis Technology Park
In the next part of the session, with the presence of Dr. Touraj Amraei, Deputy for the Development of Knowledge-Based Companies, the meeting shifted toward a direct dialogue between company executives and officials from Pardis Technology Park and the Vice-Presidency for Science, Technology, and Innovation.
Dr. Amraei highlighted a special support package designed by the Vice-Presidency for companies affected by the recent 12-day war. He emphasized that this package offers targeted assistance to help preserve the capabilities of these companies, and noted that eligible companies could apply for support until the end of July.
He also announced upcoming initiatives by the Vice-Presidency, including reforms in the knowledge-based certification process, facilitation of exports, expansion of the Iran-Made Exhibition, and enhanced cooperation with institutions such as the Customs Administration. Following that, Dr. Mohsen Aliakbarian, Director General of Evaluation and Supervision of Technology Units at Pardis Technology Park, referred to the launch of the companies’ tax evaluation process and requested company managers to
complete the relevant forms by August 6. He further stated that outstanding companies would be recognized and honored at the annual Pardis Technology Park Summit.
